Helana Marie Boutros is a Coptic interdisciplinary scholar with research interests intersecting at spiritual health, transcultural psychiatry, community health, intergenerational well-being, Orthodoxy and the Coptic diaspora. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at McMaster where her thesis anthropologically explores diasporic Coptic women’s lived experiences of spiritual health.
